Polar.sh handles all tax calculations, collection, and remittance as required by law. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the course content.

Pricing and Payment Terms

  • All prices are displayed in USD
  • Payment is required in full before course access
  • We reserve the right to change prices with notice
  • Promotional pricing may be subject to additional terms

5. Course Access and Lifetime Access

Upon course enrollment, you receive:

  • Lifetime Access: Unlimited access to course content for the lifetime of the platform
  • Course Updates: Access to updated content and materials as they become available
  • Progress Tracking: Your progress is saved and accessible across devices
  • Certificate of Completion: Upon completing all course requirements

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm our platform or other users. Prohibited activities include:

  • Downloading or redistributing course materials

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our course content for your personal educational purposes. You retain full ownership of applications you create using the knowledge and skills learned from our courses and may commercialize them without restriction.

Your Created Applications

Applications and projects you create using the knowledge and skills learned from our courses are entirely your intellectual property. You may commercialize, distribute, and monetize them without restriction or obligation to CandiesOcean. This includes apps deployed to the App Store, Google Play Store, or any other platform using techniques taught in our courses.
