Account Creation

Payment Options

We offer two payment options:

• Lifetime Access (One-Time Payment): A single payment that grants you permanent access to all course content and future updates.
• Monthly Subscription: A recurring monthly payment that grants access to all course content for the duration of your subscription.

All payments are processed securely through Polar.sh, our Merchant of Record. Polar.sh handles all tax calculations, collection, and remittance as required by law. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the course content.

Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period (except within 14 days of first payment)

• Payment is required before course access is granted
• We reserve the right to change prices with notice
• Promotional pricing may be subject to additional terms

• Flexible Cancellation: Cancel anytime, retain access until end of billing period

Our Content

All course content, including videos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by the course creator operating CandiesOcean

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our course content for your personal educational purposes. You retain full ownership of applications you create using the knowledge and skills learned from our courses and may commercialize them without restriction.

Your Created Applications

Applications and projects you create using the knowledge and skills learned from our courses are entirely your intellectual property. You may commercialize, distribute, and monetize them without restriction or obligation to CandiesOcean. This includes apps deployed to the App Store, Google Play Store, or any other platform using techniques taught in our courses.

Service Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CandiesOcean and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. This course is for educational purposes only. We make no guarantees about income, employment, or business success outcomes.
