We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all course purchases. If you're not satisfied with your course within 30 days of purchase, you can request a full refund.

Refund Eligibility Requirements:

  • Refund request must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • Course completion must be less than 30% of total content
  • No abuse of the refund policy (multiple refunds for same course)
  • Valid reason for refund must be provided

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

3. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed through Polar.sh, our payment processor, back to your original payment method:

  • Credit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • Digital Wallets: 3-7 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days

Note: Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Polar.sh handles all payment processing and tax compliance as our Merchant of Record.

4. What Happens After Refund

Once a refund is processed:

  • Your course access will be immediately revoked
  • All progress and certificates will be permanently removed
  • You will lose access to community features and support

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Refund requests made after the 30-day period
  • More than 30% of course content has been completed
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent or abusive refund requests
  • Technical issues on your end (device compatibility, internet connection)

6. Promotional and Discounted Purchases

Courses purchased at promotional or discounted prices are subject to the same refund policy. The refund amount will be the actual amount paid, not the original course price.

7. Gift Purchases

For courses purchased as gifts, refunds can only be requested by the original purchaser. The refund request must still be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

8. Disputes and Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving any issues and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution. Polar.sh, as our Merchant of Record, handles all payment disputes according to their policies.

Important: Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension and loss of access to all courses. All payment disputes are processed through Polar.sh's secure payment infrastructure.
